A month later I called nothing was done, they didn't even order the part. Then I called it back when it was finished and then as if by magic the spark plug jumped out of the scooter and it no longer worked, so I went to get it back to stop the spawning and I got my scooter back, completely dismantled, nothing. had been redone even the air box had been removed for what reason? In the end I paid €190 to recover a disassembled scooter that doesn't run. Pure incompetents

So where to start and with complete objectivity. The dealership is quite special and as soon as you walk through the door, you see/feel that it's quite messy. There are people everywhere who gravitate around the counter, sometimes we find other people who don't always seem very comfortable behind the same counter, we go from customer number 1 to 3 to return to 2 and continue with the 1st, the lady (not mean but...) who vents quite well (sometimes on certain clients so not great) and who explains in detail the problems of each member of her family. And in all of this, the salesperson (boss perhaps?) who tries to get by as best he can. For my part, I went there once to obtain a price reduction for a Duke 890 R and they tried to re-sell me a Duke, whose configuration I absolutely did not like, which was lying around the dealership with one of this dust on the bike! Seeing that I was not interested, the seller requisitioned the poor mechanic to give me information on this Duke! We talked for 3.5 seconds at the counter and...that's it! I was more expecting to sit down at a desk and do a configuration on the computer, reviewing the different options while taking into account my needs and wishes as a customer. Well...no, not really! With that, I quickly made my way out. In the end, I don't think it's such a bad concession as I've read in other comments (now you still have to see the after-sales service) but on the other hand, there is a huge amount of work to be done organizational to do and above all a training course on customer orientation. But apart from that, I don't see anything bad in all these people. I think they are so quickly cornered that they quickly lose their footing and as a result, it is the customer who suffers. But again, I only have the pre-purchase experience.

I have to do the manufacturer recall requested by KTM, I am sent back because I did not buy the bike from them. If I want to do the recall I have to wait until March because I am not a customer. Top notch service. I will call KTM to ask if they agree with this policy. So take note: you are not buying just any KTM but a KTM from a very specific dealer. Apparently, doing the recalls causes them to lose money...
